LTH Food Industries, a leading Philippine food manufacturer and distributor, was straining under on-premises SAP and CRM systems. We migrated both to Microsoft Azure — cutting infrastructure cost, lifting performance, and giving the business a platform that scales with seasonal demand.
The challenge
As the business scaled, maintaining on-premises servers for SAP and CRM drove high infrastructure cost and heavy manual oversight. The legacy setup could not scale for seasonal demand, SAP reporting and CRM performance suffered, and limited disaster recovery left critical data exposed.
The solution
We designed and executed a cloud-first strategy on Microsoft Azure — migrating SAP workloads to Azure Virtual Machines with high availability and automated backup, moving the CRM application and database to Azure SQL and App Services, and hardening the environment with Azure Security Center, role-based access control and encryption. Azure Backup and Site Recovery were configured for business continuity, and the shift from CapEx to a pay-as-you-go model reduced upfront cost.
