Layer 04 — Leverage
AI & automation
We find the repeated work first, then automate it — document handling, ticket triage, reporting — with the access controls and audit trail your auditor will ask for.
The hard part of automation is not the model. It is knowing which twenty minutes of somebody’s day is worth removing, and proving afterwards that it was removed.
We start with discovery: sit with the team, time the work, and rank tasks by volume against risk. Anything touching customer data, money or compliance gets a human approval step and stays that way.
Every automation ships with logging, a named owner and a documented way to switch it off. An AI agent running on an unmanaged fleet is a liability, which is why this layer sits on top of the other three rather than replacing them.
Elsewhere in the stack
Managed IT
Helpdesk, patching, asset lifecycle and vendor wrangling. The unglamorous work that decides whether everything above it holds.
Layer 02 — PlatformCloud services
Microsoft 365 and Azure designed around what you actually run, migrated without losing a working day, and kept inside budget…
Layer 03 — DefenceCybersecurity solutions
Monitored endpoint detection, email security, identity hardening and an incident response plan that has been rehearsed rather than filed.
